As part of our Technology Inquiry we visited the Mosgiel Subway to look at an example of how a food item can be put together in a standardised, efficient and safe manner. We got lots of tips to back to class and consider when we have to design our own system to produce our hamburgers later on in the term.
As part of our extensive research we had to sample the Subway product!
